Hibiscus Development is led by a team of real estate professionals who have collectively been involved in the development or redevelopment of over $200 million in value-add commercial and residential real estate. Our team has an innate ability to identify and acquire opportunities in some of the Country’s most sought-after areas and markets, and the skillset and expertise to successfully execute on all aspects of such opportunities. We function as the GP and primary operating partner for our firm’s deals and serve as a “one stop shop”, starting from the initial opportunity identification, to strategic planning and design, structuring the financing (debt and equity) to perform on the acquisition, optimizing operations and construction, marketing and stabilizing projects, and thereafter capitalizing, re-capitalizing, or exiting opportunities to provide risk adjusted returns to our investment partners.
