Hibiscus Development is a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and operation of new and existing residential properties throughout the Southeast United States, with a primary focus on South Florida and Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Our in-house team directly oversees all acquisitions, construction and development, re-positioning efforts, management, and disposition (where applicable) of our firm’s owned and managed properties which includes the development/redevelopment of raw land, single family homes, and multi-family and commercial properties.
